WE ARE SORRY TO HEAR THAT YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH YOUR PURCHASE. PLEASE READ ON TO LEARN OUR STORE'S RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY. EXCHANGES: IF YOU RECEIVE A PRODUCT THAT YOU ARE UNHAPPY WITH, OR RECEIVE A DEFECTIVE/WRONG ITEM, YOU ARE ELIGIBLE FOR AN EXCHANGE OF EQUAL VALUE, OR STORE CREDIT. YOU MUST CONTACT US WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT OF YOUR ITEM WITH A REQUEST. IF 7 DAYS HAVE PASSED, WE REGRET THAT WE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO OFFER YOU AN EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT. ALL BODYSUITS, BATHING SUITS, AND ACCESSORIES ARE FINAL SALE. YOU MUST RECEIVE A RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION (RMA) NUMBER FROM US BEFORE YOUR ITEM CAN BE RETURNED. (PLEASE DO NOT SHIP YOUR ITEM WITHOUT APPROVAL, OR AN RMA NUMBER). UPON APPROVAL, YOU WILL RECEIVE A RMA NUMBER WITH INSTRUCTIONS ON EXCHANGING YOUR MERCHANDISE. UPON RECEIPT, ALL MERCHANDISE IS FULLY INSPECTED AND EXPECTED TO BE IN UNWORN, UNDAMAGED CONDITION, IN ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGING, WITH ALL TAGS ATTACHED. IF FOR ANY REASON WORN OR DAMAGED CLOTHING IS RECEIVED, ITEMS WILL BE SHIPPED BACK AT THE CUSTOMERS EXPENSE. CANCELLATIONS: WE UNDERSTAND THAT SOMETIMES YOU MAY HAVE A CHANGE OF HEART. WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES?

We will ship all packages to the confirmed address given by you, the customer, at the time of purchase. MOD THE BRAND is not responsible for any packages loss, delayed, delivered to an incorrect address, or confirmed as delivered but not received. You must contact USPS and file a claim with them. Once packages are dispatched from MOD THE BRAND, we are no longer liable. We are not able to locate lost packages on our end. We are very sorry that this happened, but contacting USPS and escalating an investigation is highly suggested. We will assist with the investigation anyway we can. We do not issue refunds on packages displaced by USPS.

WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?

All domestic orders will ship within 3-5 business days, excluding major sale events. All expedited orders will ship out the following day. A signature is required for all delivery.
